Founder & President
Joby James established CyberSainya, a security consulting firm with a vision to provide tailored, cutting-edge security solutions to help organizations navigate the complexities of the digital world with confidence. Prior to founding CyberSainya, he was Cisco’s Public Sector SLED Security sales leader for the Mid-Atlantic States in the US. As a trusted advisor to CISOs and Risk management leaders, Joby spearheaded large and complex cybersecurity transformation projects aligning with customers' dynamic digital transformation journeys. He led cross-functional teams that developed security frameworks and implemented cyber defense solutions pivotal in supporting the mission of several State Governments and Agencies, Counties, Public School systems, Universities, and Healthcare systems. His strategic vision and technical acumen, along with a proven track record of successful cyber leadership, has influenced and shaped the security journey of various organizations. He is known as a passionate leader who leads with empathy, integrity, and commitment to excellence. Joby has over two decades of high-technology expertise spanning Sales, Engineering, and Product development in different industries and verticals - Cisco, Webex, SITA-Equant, HCL.

Nick Kelly
Chief Security Evangelist
Nick is the author of the Leon "Catwalk" Caliber series of novels and comic books, and co-author of the Urban Samurai series. He is an avid Internet safety advocate, and a volunteer with the Innocent Lives Foundation, helping to train parents, students and educators about staying safe online. Nick celebrates over 20 years in technical sales in the computer security industry. Prior to that, he worked as a security analyst for the U.S. government and a security engineer for several firms. Coming from a law enforcement family, Nick is fascinated with catching bad guys and keeping kids safe online.
